The Group celebrates its 20th anniversary

Founded in 2003, the group embarked on a great adventure with the development of the iconic Polygone Béziers and Polygone Riviera projects. The following decade saw the realization of these projects, confirming SOCRI LIMITED’s expertise and laying the foundations for its future success.

The inauguration of Polygone Béziers, France’s first open-air shopping center, was a key milestone, rewarded with the CNCC award. This success was followed by the signing of the first leases for Polygone Riviera, demonstrating the group’s innovative vision.
Evolving from service provider to commercial property company, SOCRI LIMITED made strategic acquisitions such as Polygone Béziers, thus solidifying its position as leader with the inauguration of Polygone Riviera. Subsequently, the group began its international expansion with ambitious projects in Monaco and Miami, demonstrating its continued growth and resilience in the face of global challenges.

For its 20th anniversary, SOCRI LIMITED is resolutely looking to the future with promising projects, including the renovation of La Coupole des Halles in Nîmes and the development of new operations in Florida. With a team of 60 employees spread between Montpellier, Monaco, Luxembourg and Miami, the group remains committed to innovation, sustainable development and creating exceptional places, ready to meet the challenges of the coming decades.
