Socri Reim exports French luxury to Miami
The Socri Limited group, through its subsidiary Koqio, inaugurates construction of its first French-style ultra-luxury house
Socri Limited, led by Nicolas Chambon, is a European-based real estate company that has developed exceptional projects in Europe for nearly 20 years, including the future redesigned urban shopping center of “Fontvieille” in Monaco.
The company, “creator of exceptional places,” has offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Monaco and Montpellier. Five years ago, its subsidiary Koqio started its activities in Miami, taking the time necessary to understand the luxury residential market in Miami and how it could bring its ultra-luxury culture and expertise, as in its projects in Paris or the South of France.
Koqio purchased the land at 220 W Dilido Drive on Venetian Islands in Miami Beach on August 30, 2018 and has since been working on various projects in Miami. It has given extreme care and quality to the design of its first project by optimizing every square meter.
Nicolas Chambon, President of the Socri Limited group, states: “Our main objective was to ensure that we had the best possible design for this project because there were many possibilities. We wanted every detail to be carefully thought out.”
Nicolas Chambon adds: “We placed major importance on the complete landscaping of this project with ENEA Design (European landscape designers with offices in Miami). All our projects have always valued nature, and it was only natural for Koqio to live up to its claim of doing ‘luxury by nature.'”
This incredible luxury house of nearly 500 m² officially began construction today at 220 West Dilido Drive, Miami Beach.
For this unique project, Koqio collaborated with world-renowned architecture and design firms such as Strang Design, Dunagan & Diverio, ENEA Landscape and the French architecture firm Aura.
The house is designed to reflect French luxury style with a unique selection of natural materials, furniture, artworks and details inspired by French designers and creators such as Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Chanel and Hermès.
Maison Rive Gauche is located on a plot of more than 1,000 m² with a magnificent sunny rooftop terrace that hosts a 68 m² garden. The house also enjoys a breathtaking view of Biscayne Bay with a spacious dock that can accommodate 2 boats.

This property, located between Downtown and South Beach, perfectly embodies Miami’s sumptuous lifestyle combined with the French art of living with a series of amenities such as a billiard room, media room and a 72 m² infinity pool.
French architect Julien Passerieux explains: “In Europe, we have a permanent space constraint and we work hard to make the most of it because we can’t just build bigger. Our goal is for this unique masterpiece to offer more quality of life per square meter than any other residential project in Miami, including amenities you won’t always find in a house of this size, such as double height, a billiard room, a media room, 5 bedrooms, a staff room, a magnificent rooftop terrace, a huge pool, etc… Achieving this goal was a challenge for me, for STRANG DESIGN and for the whole team but we are now very proud of our design.”
Koqio also worked with Miami-based French designer Charlotte Dunagan and her partner, Thomas Diverio, to sublimate the Euro-American ultra-luxury design and perfectly adapt it to Miami’s lifestyle and international culture.
This magnificent property will be completed in September 2024.
Koqio selected Whitecap as general contractor: this Miami-based company is renowned for the extreme quality of its constructions and shares the same desire for excellence as Koqio.
Nicolas Chambon, President of Koqio, declares: “This very special project is our first in the United States. Our goal has always been to make Maison Rive Gauche the most amazing of its kind. We have no doubt that the quality of construction will match the extreme care put into the design. I am sure we have chosen the right partners for this purpose. I want to thank them for their collaboration in the development of this project and wish good luck to our construction team.”
