The Socri Limited group is proud to announce a major milestone in its international expansion with the delivery of its first villa in the United States, located on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach. This project, orchestrated by the group’s American subsidiary, Ceiba, began with the land acquisition in 2018.

Nicolas Chambon, Chairman of the Socri Limited group, highlights the studies and in-depth work carried out prior to this project: “Our main objective was to ensure we had the best possible design for this villa, as there were many possibilities. We wanted every detail to be carefully thought out to reflect our expertise and the elegance of French luxury.”

In collaboration with renowned partners such as Strang Architecture, Aura Architecture, Dunagan & Diverio Design and Enea Landscape Architecture, the group brought Maison Rive Gauche to life, a luxury villa of nearly 500 m². Construction officially began in 2022, and two years later, Socri Limited/Ceïba celebrates the completion of its Villa with a grand inauguration event.

“Our philosophy for this project was ‘Only The Best,'” says Nicolas Chambon. Maison Rive Gauche is not just a house; it embodies Socri’s commitment to excellence and innovation. The design reflects French luxury, with a unique selection of natural materials, furniture and artworks. The name “Maison Rive Gauche” is inspired by the famous Left Bank of the Seine in Paris, a symbol of elegance, luxury and the French art of living.

This villa incorporates numerous features thanks to meticulous optimization of every square meter. It has a vast glazed area that floods the interior with natural light and creates a pleasant synergy with the dense vegetation outside. The elevator serves all floors, while each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a dressing room, bathroom and private terrace. The house also includes a multimedia space, double-height ceilings and an office. Finally, a fully landscaped and planted rooftop allows you to fully enjoy the view at any time of day.

The inauguration event on October 30, 2024 was a great success, with nearly 70 guests in attendance who all praised the exceptional character of Maison Rive Gauche. “Every detail, from design to finishes, was meticulously crafted to offer an exceptional living experience,” concludes Nicolas Chambon.
