Socri Limited continues its development

Socri Limited continues its development in the ultra-luxury residential market in Miami

Fifth year of activity in the United States for the SOCRI LIMITED group which, through its subsidiary KOQIO, has just finalized today the acquisition of a fourth plot in Miami to develop a new luxury villa reflecting the French art of living.

SOCRI LIMITED, led by Nicolas Chambon, develops unique projects in Europe, such as the future redesigned urban shopping center of “Fontvieille” in Monaco.
The company, creator of exceptional places, has offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Monaco, as well as in Montpellier.
Five years ago, alongside its activities as a commercial property company in Europe, SOCRI LIMITED entered the booming luxury residential market in Miami with the ambition of bringing its culture of excellence in designing living spaces, in line with its previous projects.
Pierre-Antoine, General Manager of the group adds: “This is a complementary and consistent activity with those we carry out in France. We have the same objective of creating exceptional places. The development of luxury villas in the United States has also had a very beneficial counter-cyclical effect for the group. While COVID raised questions about the valuations of French commercial assets, the real estate value of our investments in the United States literally exploded, offering the group new financial opportunities.”
KOQIO purchased its first plot on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach on August 30, 2018 to develop an ultra-luxurious villa of over 500 m² which is under construction and will be delivered in 2024. Two additional plots on Treasure Islands have since been acquired by the group.

KOQIO continues its development today with the purchase of a fourth prestigious plot in Miami. This new lot of over 1,100 m², with 21m of waterfront, will accommodate a house of over 800 m² of living space. Located at 1350 S Venetian Way on the exclusive island of San Marco, this residence reflecting the French art of living will meet the growing demand for very high-end properties in Miami. Its southern orientation will allow future buyers to enjoy the sunrise over South Beach and the sunset over Miami Downtown. A private dock will provide exclusive and direct access to Biscayne Bay. This acquisition is, to date, the group’s largest in Miami and will reveal its most ambitious project.

Nicolas Chambon, Chairman of the SOCRI LIMITED group, declares: “We are proud of this new acquisition, this plot benefits from an incomparable location and assets and strengthens our presence in the Miami real estate market. Our objective is to offer exceptional homes that meet the expectations of a demanding international clientele in terms of service, comfort and design. The French-style design, layout, decoration and finishes will make this project unique for future buyers. We have paid particular attention to the location and orientation of the plot in order to maintain the highest level of excellence and ambition for this project.”
The acquisition of this fourth plot demonstrates the momentum driven by the group in Miami and its commitment to creating exclusive and luxurious properties over time. This unique project is now possible because KOQIO has improved its processes, acquired expertise, built a solid team of partners and tested its working methods with ongoing projects.
KOQIO is now accelerating its growth in the luxury residential market across the Atlantic, which is becoming one of the pillars of the group’s high-margin generating activities.
